Using AI Halloween

These terms apply to AI Halloween at https://aihalloween.pro, including its account area and photo/video generation tools. The service contact is yzshi123@gmail.com. You can choose a template, upload reference photos, and request a costume portrait or short image-to-video clip when the relevant service is available. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not upload files or submit generation tasks. The Privacy Policy explains how uploads and task information are handled.

Your account and reference photos

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into these terms to use this service. Keep your sign-in details secure, provide accurate account information, and use only photos you have the right to upload and process. Obtain permission from other people whose photos you use. Do not upload identifying photos of children. You are responsible for the content you submit and how you share the result. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

Reference images are stored online and sent to the configured AI service. Uploaded-file and result links may be opened by anyone who has the URL. The service is not an offline editor or a private file vault. Review the privacy policy before uploading images you would not want someone with a link to access.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe someone else's copyright, likeness, privacy or other rights, impersonate someone deceptively, create nonconsensual intimate imagery, create abusive or exploitative content, or distribute malware. Do not try to access another person's account, bypass access controls or limits, interfere with the service, or manipulate payments or credits. AI providers may reject or moderate requests under their policies. We may restrict access or investigate tasks where needed to address misuse. Report a suspected rights violation with the relevant file or task reference and a description of your rights; avoid redistributing the disputed material unnecessarily.

Generation and its limits

AI generation can change faces, hands, body details, fur, clothing, and backgrounds. A cover illustrates a template's intended style; it is not a promise that your upload will produce the same picture. Video can change details between frames. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, a particular result, a fixed completion time, or uninterrupted provider availability.

Check completed images and the whole video before downloading or sharing. A technically completed task may still produce a result you do not like. If you encounter an error or an uncertain submission status, check your history and contact support before creating another task.

Credits, purchases, and billing questions

Review the credit cost shown before you submit. Photo generation and video generation are separate tasks and can create separate credit charges. Credits are service units associated with your account, not money or a transferable stored-value balance. Their quantity and any expiry are shown with the applicable purchase or grant. Purchase prices, currency, included credits, and any applicable renewal conditions are those shown at checkout; do not assume every purchase is a subscription or that generation is unlimited. A purchase is available only when a supported checkout is enabled. If recurring billing is offered, review its renewal and cancellation details before paying and manage the subscription through your account or support.

When a task is confirmed failed and its status shows that credits were restored, that adjustment returns service credits to your account. A credit adjustment is not a cash refund of a purchase. An uncertain or still-processing task may need review before its outcome is known.

For purchase charges or a cash-refund request, submit an account support ticket or email yzshi123@gmail.com with the order reference. Eligibility depends on the transaction, terms shown when purchasing, and applicable law. There is no unconditional cash-refund promise for a successfully completed generation that does not match personal preferences. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty services or any applicable withdrawal rules. Do not send full card numbers or passwords to support.

Rights in uploads and outputs

You retain rights you already hold in your original photos. By submitting them, you allow the service and its providers to process them as needed to carry out your request and handle related support. This does not transfer ownership of your original photos to us.

Rights in a generated output depend on applicable law, provider terms, and any third-party rights in its content. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, copyright-protectable, or cleared for every commercial use. Review the result and any necessary permissions before publishing or using it commercially. Do not present a synthetic image or clip as an authentic recording where doing so would mislead others.

Availability, requests, and changes

Features, models, costs for future tasks, and available templates can change. A template being listed does not mean its effect has been individually validated with every model. Keep your own copies of results you want to retain; we do not promise permanent availability of result links. An account-closure or data-deletion request should be sent through support or yzshi123@gmail.com; submitting a request does not mean every stored or provider copy is immediately removed. Closing an account does not itself cancel any separately active billing arrangement; ask support if you cannot reach the billing controls.

We may suspend access when needed to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements. Service interruptions can also originate with hosting, storage, payment, or AI providers. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without a promise that outputs will be suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.

Material changes will receive any notice required by law. Contact support first about a dispute so we can investigate the relevant task or transaction; this does not limit any legal remedy available to you. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
