AI Halloween at https://aihalloween.pro creates Halloween costume portraits and short videos from reference photos. This policy covers this website, its account area, and files uploaded through the service. The service contact for privacy matters is yzshi123@gmail.com. Generation takes place through online services; your photos are not processed only on your device.

Information used by the service

• Account information: the name, email address, profile details, and authentication records associated with your account.
• Uploaded files: the photos you choose to upload and their file URLs. Upload only images you have permission to use, and avoid identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
• Generation records: your selected template, generation instructions, reference-image URLs, model and provider details, task status, credit charges or adjustments, and result information or links.
• Payments and support: order and transaction records, billing status, and information or attachments you include in support tickets. Payment providers process payment details; the service does not store complete payment-card numbers.
• Session and preference information: cookies and browser storage used for sign-in, language, theme, and any saved cookie choice. Referral and campaign parameters may be saved to identify how an account reached the service. Where enabled, analytics or support tools may also process usage information under the choices offered by the service.
• Operational information: request timing, IP-based rate-limit information, and technical error or security logs used to keep the service working and investigate abuse. Avoid including sensitive content in support messages unless needed for the request.

Where photos and results go

Uploaded reference photos are stored through Cloudflare R2, with public file delivery at https://media.aihalloween.pro when production storage is enabled. Cloudflare also hosts the website and production database. A generation request sends reference images, or URLs that let the provider retrieve them, together with generation instructions to the configured AI service. The default generation integration uses fal.ai, with Kie available as a separately configured alternative; available underlying models can change. A completed photo is sent for AI processing again when you choose to animate it. Selecting or previewing a template alone does not submit a generation request.

File links are not private account-only links. Anyone who has an uploaded-file or result URL may be able to open the file. Signing in protects access to account features and task history; it does not make those file URLs private. Do not upload a photo on the assumption that only you can access its link, and take care when forwarding or publishing links.

Generated results can remain hosted by the AI provider. Its availability, handling of files, and retention practices can differ from those of our upload storage. This service does not guarantee that providers never retain references or use them for model improvement. Contact us before uploading if you need information about the provider used for a particular task.

How this information is used

We use this information to authenticate your account, run the task you requested, display progress and results, maintain your generation history, manage credits and purchases, investigate errors or abuse, and respond to support requests. Storage, AI, payment, email, and any enabled support or analytics services receive the information needed for their respective roles. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law. We do not publish a public gallery of your task history; this does not make the underlying file URLs private.

Where applicable, processing relies on providing the service you request, meeting legal record-keeping duties, maintaining service security, and consent where the law requires it. Providers can process information in countries different from yours. Their applicable terms and local laws also affect processing; this policy does not promise storage in a particular country.

Cookies, optional tools, and your choices

Authentication needs session cookies. Language and theme settings remember your preferences. You can clear cookies or browser storage, although doing so may sign you out or reset settings. When optional tools and a cookie-choice panel are enabled, use Cookie settings in the footer to revisit the offered choices. Removing a cookie does not delete an account, an upload, or a provider copy. This policy does not claim that optional analytics or advertising integrations are enabled when they are not configured.

Retention and deletion requests

There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for uploaded photos or generation records. Closing a preview, signing out, or leaving a page does not delete stored files or copies already sent to an AI provider. Do not assume that a file will disappear after a particular number of hours or days.

You can request access, correction, deletion, or, where applicable, a copy of your data, restriction of processing, or an objection by submitting a support ticket or emailing yzshi123@gmail.com. Email is available if you cannot access your account. Include the relevant task or order reference, without sending unnecessary copies of sensitive photos. Requests are reviewed with identity checks and applicable legal or payment-record obligations. Where relevant, you may also complain to your local data protection authority. Deleting a service record does not necessarily remove a provider's copies or a copy someone else has downloaded. We do not promise immediate deletion from every system or an automatic account export or deletion feature.

Photo permissions and security

Use photos of yourself or people who have authorized this use. This service is intended for adults; do not create an account if you are under 18, and do not upload identifying photos of children. Contact us if you believe such information was submitted. We use account controls, HTTPS, and server-side credential handling, but cannot guarantee that any online storage or transmission is completely secure. Public file links remain accessible to people who obtain them.
